10:00 am: Flow Yoga: Breath, Movement & Mindfulness 210:00 am: Flow Yoga: Breath, Movement & Mindfulness 2 – Connect with your breath and body through intentional, breath-guided movement. With an emphasis on multi-sensory awareness, you’ll cultivate warmth from the inside-out, creating a balanced practice that integrates grounding, strength, and flexibility. Each class will foster endurance and mindfulness while encouraging a deep sense of presence. You will be encouraged to listen to your body, take what you need, and modifications will be provided, Class ends in a guided relaxation to restore your body and mind. If you would like to practice with us in your own space, a zoom link can be provided. Lori Dye - $15 drop-in Lori is passionate about yoga and wellness. She is a certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Hypnotist, and 400 hour RYT YACEP teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance. Yoga has been a lifestyle for the majority of her life, practicing yoga regularly since 1988, and teaching since 2014. Originally from Canada, Lori loves to travel, hosting international Yoga and Wellness Retreats. She teaches yoga in person and remotely, also coaching remotely, and instructing online classes of Mindfulness & Meditation and Wellness & Intuitive Coaching for a college in Arizona. Lori believes that yoga is truly for EVERYbody and loves to make it accessible to all.
