Enjoy a slow afternoon with plenty of time for relaxation and reflection. We will gather in a centering circle and an exploration of what it means to allow our hearts to set our intentions. We will draw angel cards for inspiration in the new year.We will practice breathing with the heart, create a collage as visual representation of our intention, and finishing with a Yoga Nidra guided healing meditation.All art materials will be supplied. If you have old magazines, calendars, etc to contribute to the mix of images for the group, please bring them. Light refreshments will be served.Fee $50.
