All Levels Flow

Class will go through a number of yoga poses aimed to strengthen and stretch in order to progress our individual practices. The music will be chill and the vibes positive and supportive. For yoga practitioners of all body and skill types.

Andrew Carpino is an elementary school teacher and wilderness educator. He has been in education for over 20 years, working with students oof all ages and abilities.
