Yin Yoga is a practice that promotes slowing down, where shapes are held in a relaxed and supported manner for a longer period of time, up to 5 minutes or more. This is class is beginner friendly and especially suitable for people who have mobility restrictions due to age, injuries or any other factor that might affect their range of motion.
