Doe’s approach to teaching is nonjudgmental, flexible, and compassionate, with the intention of being in the moment while maintaining the integrity of feelings and the experience. Rebecca MacDougall, a long-term resident of Colton, is a movement specialist with years of combined experience as a former professional dancer, physical therapist assistant and Pilates practitioner. Rebecca received her BA in Dance from SUNY Potsdam with continuing studies at the University of the Arts in PA and NYC pursuing a career in musical theatre, opera and drama. Over time, Rebecca decided to combine her love of movement and helping people and returned to academics to achieve her AAS in Physical Therapist Assistant from SUNY Canton. She has worked both for St. Lawrence Health System and Claxton-Hepburn Medical Campus.
