During this class, students will use supportive props, such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters to allow a deeply relaxing stretch. Reiki energy will be received in each pose. All are welcome, no yoga experience is needed. Courtney Kelly, RYT, completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course with Yoga & Ayurveda Center. She is an RN, working at Canton-Potsdam Hospital, on the Chemical Dependency floor, where she teaches yoga classes to patients as part of their rehabilitation program. Courtney has completed Reiki II Attunement in the Usui System of Natural Energy Healing with Reiki Master Mary-Ann Post. Preregistration preferred via email kc.laine@yahoo.com
